The Client:
A large 3 star 175 room hotel & office
center was having problems with its operations,
posting low revenues and its performance hovering around the breakeven
mark, even though it was built on a sound business model and had
the resources to perform better.
Our Service:
We undertook a operations audit and pinpointed
various cost centers, HR issues and installed a financial control
mechanism as our first step. We then undertook to change the organizational
design, product/service mix of the center and based on cost/benefit
analysis pinpointed areas of profit and assisted in the process.
The Result:
The performance of the hotel/business
center improved dramatically, with solid revenue growth and profit
levels. Based on its performance the company was able to undertake
a major overhaul of its resources and invest further without additional
equity or debt financing.
