A corporation with multi sector involvement and growing at 50 % yearly needed to restructure its corporate headquarters and its independent business units. The challenge was to adapt a prevailing commercial corporate culture to a manufacturing culture as the corporation was outgrowing the entrepreneurial stage and moving to maturity.

The Service:

We designed a organizational structure with emphasis on future business development and formed a structure allowing the independent business units to operate independently with full P&L responsibility, drawing upon support functions from corporate headquarters. A major overhaul of the HR function was undertaken, renewing the complete structure and relationships.

The Result:

The corporation continued its rapid pace of growth, shortening its learning curve as it made the transition from a distribution culture to a manufacturing culture.
